Eric's passion for contributing to other people lives began as a street
performer where he would use the money people gave to him to buy lunch for homeless people.
Today, Eric has expanded his vision and is using his success to help youth in foster care through his foundation, The Magic of Giving.
At The Magic of Giving, we believe that every child deserves a chance to
succeed, regardless of their circumstances. That's why we work tirelessly to provide resources and support to youth in foster care.
We understand the challenges these children face, and we're
committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
Through our programs and initiatives, we provide resources such as
mentorship, educational support, job training, and financial assistance.
We believe that by giving these children the tools they need
to succeed, we can help break these statistics. and change their lives for the better.

Children in foster care are more likely to experience mental health issues
and trauma compared to children who grow up in stable families.
Older youth in foster care are more likely to experience
homelessness, unemployment, and incarceration.
African American children, are overrepresented in foster
care, making up about 23% of the foster care population while comprising only 13% of the US child population.
Some children may age out of the foster care system without
ever finding a permanent family.
